Mike Del Ferro will visit Maputo July 3 to 5 for a three–day program involving several performances with renowned traditional and jazz musicians from Mozambique including Egidio Tembe,Criativa and the jazz duo Filipinho and Mundinho. The visit will include a festive concert for the U.S. Embassy July 4th reception as well as workshops and performances at the National Art and Communications School of Eduardo Mondlane University, the National Music School. The program will also include evening public performance at Xtappens music club in Matola on July 4th and at the Train Station bar KaMpfumo on July 5th. Other appearances include a performance at a school and orphanage in Boane.
