Bobbie Demme-San Filippo

Bobbie Demme-San Filippo is an accomplished visual artist, designer, and writer who has taken her cross-genre artistic endeavors from backstage to the boardroom, from Tosca’s Italy through Candide’s El Dorado to Aida’s Egypt and beyond. After completing her BFA in Art and Design at Miami of Ohio, she followed a design path that included a focus on textiles while traveling through the interiors, apparel, and performing arts worlds. Her special zeal for opera, along with musical theater, allowed her to set and dress the stage and performers for companies and colleges across Florida, honing her creative and collaborative skills while challenging and highlighting her Found Object artistic lens. Her signature renown is her highly refined aesthetic sensibility paired with visionary use and advocacy of sustainability in design, all accompanied by her creator’s motto “Parameters don’t limit artists; they prove them.”
