George Kaminju also referred to as Mzushiafrica or Bboy Jijo is a member of the African brotherhood BboyCityAfrica comprised of 5 top breakers from 5 African countries Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Cameroon, and South Africa. He has been breaking since 2013 and has been widely invloved in promoting the growth and popularity of breaking in Kenya. He is also co-founder of KingOffthestreetKe together with Joseph Omondi alias Bboy Drift.

KingOffthestreetKe is aimed at promoting breaking in Kenya through events, workshops, video and photography: The goal being to use this element of Hip-Hop to impact our local communities positively. It also aims at bringing together the various elements of Hip-Hop while also looking for possible ways to infuse African heritage to these lifestyle.

Jijo is also a videographer and editor with a passion for wellness and movement. He has produced music videos,festival videos as well as concept videos that promote movement and highlight the limitless potential of the human body. This has put him in a unique position to appreciate the fundermantals and impacts of the Hip-Hop lifestyle among the Kenyan youth.

He has also travelled across East Africa networking and learning with various organizations. He has been involved in community outreach projects with Break Dance Project Uganda, conducted workshops with BBK Breakers Tanzania, judged breaking events such as Kigali Dance Cypher in Rwanda as well as Hit the Beat Africa in Uganda, also invited to teach breaking at the Danzibar Festival in Zanzibar. Jijo is a decorated performer winning Katika Dance Battle in 2013 with Titans All Stars, 3 VS 3 Breaksession Champions 2015 with team Bakou, 3 vs 3 Slumdance Africa Champion 2015 with Team Bakou, 1 vs 1 Slumdance Africa Champion 2016, 1 vs 1 Mviringo Breaking Battle Champion 2017/2018/2019, 1 vs 1 Breakfastjam Champion 2019. He believes the performance arts have the ability to not only inflict positive change to our local communities but also present limitless opportunities to a youth that is both vibrant and exposed but sometimes finds themselves deprived of platforms to achieve their full potential. Jijo believes in Africa and its unification. He believes that the youth have solutions to issues facing Africa and that with the right empowerment and social development these same youth have the passion and tools to take Africa to the future.
