Give Your Instrument

Do you have unused strings for a musical instrument? Or perhaps some reeds for a woodwind instrument? Mouthpieces for a trumpet, trombone, or French horn? Perhaps you have an instrument lying around that hasn’t been played in a while, and you would like to see it put to good use. American Voices is collecting musical instruments, supplies, and gear in good working condition for aspiring musicians across the globe.

Since access to quality instruments is limited and repair shops are scarce in the countries where we work, students often play on broken and poorly set-up instruments. These young musicians are eager to experience classical music, but substandard instruments are yet another roadblock to their success.

This is where you can help! Programs like this survive on instrument donations and financial support from people like you! Your generosity will directly benefit these students by giving them a chance to experience something we all take for granted: functioning instruments and performing opportunities.
